LIVINGSTON, Chief Justice. The appellant, Robert E. Lee Dentman, was indicted by the Grand July of Calhoun County, Alabama,
for the offense of murder in the first degree. On a plea of not guilty, trial was had and the jury returned a verdict of guilty
